No refunds are available on NostrDeals under any circumstances.
Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
NostrDeals exclusively uses Bitcoin via the Lightning Network for all transactions. Unlike traditional payment methods, Bitcoin transactions are:
- Irreversible: Once a Bitcoin payment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or charged back. This is a fundamental feature of Bitcoin, not a limitation of our platform.
- Final: There is no intermediary (like a bank or credit card company) that can reverse the transaction.
- Instant: Lightning Network payments settle immediately, making it technically impossible to "catch" a payment before it's completed.
Before You Purchase
To ensure you're making the right decision, please:
- Carefully read the full deal description and features
- Review all terms and conditions of the deal
- Check the seller's profile and reviews
- Visit the product's website if available
- Consider starting with a smaller plan if multiple options exist
- Contact the seller with any questions before purchasing

Issues with Your Purchase?
While we cannot offer refunds, we encourage you to:

2. Report Fraudulent Listings
If you believe a listing is fraudulent or misrepresented, contact us immediately. We take fraud seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action against bad actors.
3. Leave a Review

Seller Disputes
If a seller fails to deliver a product as described, please contact us. While we cannot reverse Bitcoin transactions, we can:
- Investigate the seller and their listings
- Remove fraudulent listings from our platform
- Ban sellers who violate our terms
- Help mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
